Kids 10 and under go FREE!
Gather your padawans, young wizards and little superheroes! Kids ten (10) and under go free to EGX when accompanied by an adult ticket holder – so you can bring the whole family along to enjoy the show, explore our Treehouse family area and make some memories together.

Need special assistance? We got you!
Complimentary Carer Passes for EGX are available for those fans who need special assistance. Any Day, Priority or Weeekend ticket holder can request an additional ticket for their carer to attend free of charge. We’ve also got all the information you need on access and accessibility to plan your trip!
Ticket FAQs
All fans aged 11-years-old and up need a ticket in order to attend EGX 2024. Kids 10 years-old and under can attend EGX free of charge with a paying adult.
FRIDAY
- Priority Entry Tickets: 10am - 6pm
- General Entry Tickets: 12pm - 6pm
SATURDAY:
- Priority Entry Tickets: 9am – 7pm
- General Entry Tickets: 11am - 7pm
SUNDAY:
- Priority Entry Tickets: 10am - 5pm
- General Entry Tickets: 12pm – 5pm
Eligible ticket holders can request one free carer pass with any Day, Priority or Weekend ticket. If their application is accepted, they’ll receive a complimentary ticket for one carer to accompany them free of charge. This free ticket will be of equal value to theirs (i.e. a Weekend ticket holder requesting this will receive a Weekend ticket for their carer).

You don’t need to! If you ordered before the delivery deadline, we’ll send your ticket right to your door so you can skip the pick-up queue and head right on in. If you ordered after the delivery deadline, simply print your QR code at home, or go entirely paperless and show this on your phone. You’ll show this to our EGX team at the show during registration to receive your ticket.
Yes! For EGX tickets ordered before the delivery deadline, badges will be delivered to your door – so that you can skip pick up at the show and head straight to the boulevard once through security!
Alternatively, if you order after the deadline, you can pick these up at the show by simply bringing the QR code on your confirmation email either as a print out or on your phone to pick up your badges at registration.
Once you purchase a ticket it is yours to have and to hold forever… or at least until the show is over. We don’t offer refunds on any tickets. You can read more in our ticket terms
