Play Total War: WARHAMMER II & Sonic Forces at EGX 2017

Total War: WARHAMMER II, Sonic Forces and Sonic Mania will all be playable at EGX 2017 thanks to SEGA. Visitors will also be treated to a presentation by devs from Creative Assembly, creators of the Total War series.

Sonic Forces will be showcasing three great stages featuring Modern Sonic, Classic Sonic and an all new, series-first, fully customisable Hero character, blazing through enemy laden levels at breakneck speed. The game will be playable on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.

Total War: WARHAMMER II, the second part of Creative Assembly’s epic fantasy trilogy, will be playable across 32 PCs and will feature two playable quest battles with three out of the four races available at launch: Skaven vs Lizardmen and Skaven vs Dark Elves.

At 4pm (BST) on Friday developers from Creative Assembly will host a developer session entitled “Total War: WARHAMMER II – Tension, Narrative and the Endgame”. During the session Total War: WARHAMMER II’s lead writer, Andy Hall and Studio Comms Manager, Al Bickham, will take you on a journey through the game’s narrative and all-new endgame mechanics!

Those not at EGX will be able to catch the session live on Twitch and it'll be available to watch later on our YouTube channel.

As if that wasn’t enough reason to visit the SEGA stand, there will also be the opportunity to meet Sonic himself and climb inside the life-sized Skaven Doom Wheel! Take a photo with either and share it on social media to be in with a chance of winning an Xbox One bundle with Sonic games or an Intel® Core™ i7 7700k CPU and Total War: WARHAMMER II Serpent God Collector’s Edition. Visit the SEGA stand for details of how to enter.

This is the latest of many game reveals for EGX 2017, stay tuned for more announcements coming very soon. Follow us on twitter and facebook for the latest news.
